used to eyelet the reinforced gasket inner and outer diameter with SS strip

To make the SS strip into U shape before eyelet the SS reinforced graphite gasket,used with KXT E1530 eyelet machine.

Special designed to produce double jacketed gasket:1.5-8.0mm thick, width≤80mm, diameter 150-4000mm.

Kammprofile pitch both 1.0 and 1.5mm available. HSS saw blades and Alloy blade in set for option.x

Pre-shape the flat spiral wound gasket SS strip (hoop) into V or W shape before winding.

To cut metal or non-metal, good to cut soft gasket, also can cut the metal in shape before make double jacketed gasket.
